April’s passion for helping others is evident in the training she has completed and the skills she has acquired throughout her career. Before entering the financial services industry, she earned her EMT and Critical Care Technician certifications. She even completed paramedic training before deciding to pursue other opportunities.
April discovered her calling in financial services in 2001 when she became a part-time bank teller. With her natural ability to connect with others on a personal level, she quickly worked her way up to a customer service role. While she enjoyed the challenge of helping clients navigate the banking world, it wasn’t long before she realized she wanted to offer more than traditional banking products. She obtained life, health and variable annuities licenses and passed the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities exams.
April and her husband are the proud parents of three boys. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening and reading.
