After graduating from Auburn University with degrees in Finance and Political Science, Bruner began his career as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Birmingham, Alabama. Over the past 25 years, he has built extensive experience specializing in retirement and income planning, helping individuals and families navigate the transition into and throughout retirement.
As a Total Advisor at Blackston Financial, Bruner focuses on helping clients develop thoughtful retirement strategies designed to support their long-term goals and provide greater confidence for the road ahead. He holds an insurance license and has passed the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 examinations. He is also a National Social Security Advisor and remains committed to continuing his education in the ever-changing financial landscape.
Outside of the office, Bruner is an avid animal lover and enjoys volunteering with local animal rescue organizations. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time on the water, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.
